Camillaun Directions:
From Galway take
the N59 (Clifden) road through Moycullen (7 miles) to
Oughterard (a further 10 miles). In the centre of the
village at the Boat Inn and Connemara Lake Hotel turn
right down Camp Street. (if coming from Clifden on the
N59 turn left at the Boat inn and Connemara Lake Hotel).
Continue down the Street for 200 metres and veer left
over a new green bridge. Continue out the Glann road for
a further 250 metres to the first turn on the right (we
have two fingerpost signs at the location). Drive slowly
down the road as it is quite narrow for 200 metres and
we are located on the right ( there is a big sign at the
gate!). - Once at the house getting to the village is
easy as there is a beautiful short-cut along by the
river back into the village and it only takes 6 or 7
minutes on foot.
