Having postponed their wedding from March to September my nephew managed to get married in September before the second big lockdown. This was a great opportunity for a family get together all be it significantly reduced in size. that was one big advantage for a small family. A big highlight was having the same car as was used at all our families weddings and now a wedding of the next generation. The old family Mercedes is now nearly 70 years old and was the bridal car at 5 weddings over the years all of whom made it to this wedding – fair play to Peter and Geoffrey for undertaking the restoration project – again!

It was a super family occasion which we were so lucky to be able to celebrate despite the pandemic restrictions.
