Finally another nice Saturday in December – time to catch some rays and exercise! We togged out early and headed for Maam to leave the car and cycle through the Lough Nafooey valley past Finney and Upper Mask and into Clonbur for a well deserved coffee. Then the final push along the North shore of Lough Corrib past Cornamona and that nasty hill and back to Maam. A good 2.5 hours in the cold clean air and nearly 50 kms. Surely we had done enough to earn our dinner!
